A spacious two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation with handmade terracotta floors and large windows that open up onto the outdoors. The house has a full kitchen and large private outdoor courtyard crowned with herbs and local flowers, as well as a built in barbecue.
While families are welcome at Luxi Bia, the property and the houses have not been designed with small children in mind. The property is very natural, with stone walls and steps.
The houses are furnished with artisan works, including design pieces from our collection, as well as vintage finds. They require appropriate treatment and attention.

Location
Casa Corte is located in the tiny village of Is Aresus, in the municipality of Santadi.
There are two roads you can take from Cagliari to reach us. The first is beautiful and winds through the Gutturu Mannu forest. The second avoids all curves, but takes a little bit longer and is not very scenic. To take this road, head towards Carbonia and then follow for San Giovanni Suergiu before heading back towards Santadi.
The property is located at the end of a dirt road. Having been built before the existence of cars, it is a very natural environment. Please pay attention to the presence of stone walls and ruins when driving/parking in the village.
